You won't have to worry if the hallways, closets or stairs are included in the price because YEP.... general spots and stains and deodorization, pre-treatment.... it's ALL INCLUDED! We do not move furniture other than a few small things perhaps. Before your carpet is cleaned please remove furniture, breakables and all small items such as boxes, magazines, shoes, etc. in the areas you'd like to be cleaned. Also, arrange for pets and children to be away from the area where we are cleaning.Our Price List:
For commercial carpet cleaning we charge flat rate $0.15 per square foot. *Based on average size home not exceeding 1800 sq.feet, bigger homes are subject for special quote. **Cleaning of these items must be combined with any other cleaning and should be equal or exceed $80.00, otherwise minimum $80.00 service charge will apply.
We also provide carpet and fabric protection, fixed price is 75% of cleaning cost.
INDUSTRY STANDARDS RECOMMEND THAT RESIDENTIAL CARPETING BE CLEANED EVERY 6-18 MONTHS DEPENDING ON LIFESTYLE, WHILE COMMERCIAL IS EVERY 3-12 MONTHS DEPENDING ON TRAFFIC OR USE.
