We also provide carpet and fabric protection, fixed price is 50% of cleaning cost.

* Usually includes 3 bedrooms and living/dining room, 2-story home includes 3 bedrooms, living/dining rooms and one set of stairs, 3-story home includes 3 bedrooms, living/dining rooms,carpeted areas in the basement and 2 sets of stairs. Bigger homes are subject for special quote.

**Cleaning of these items must be combined with any other cleaning and should be equal or exceed $80.00, otherwise minimum $80.00 service charge will apply.

All prices are quoted on the basis that either rooms are empty or no furniture is to be moved. We do not move furniture other than a few small things perhaps. Before your carpet is cleaned please remove furniture, breakables and all small items such as boxes, magazines, shoes, etc. in the areas you'd like to be cleaned. Also, arrange for pets and children to be away from the area where we are cleaning.

All rooms must be pre-vacuumed before technician arrives.

If access requires the carrying of equipment up more than 2 flights of stairs, an additional $10 fee will apply.

All carpets are agitated by power scrubber and steam cleaned after.

Normal spot and stain removal is included in our cleaning price and process. If at completion of work there are stains that cannot be removed, then the technician will discuss extra treatments that may be applicable to removing these stains.

Please note that all technicians will endeavor to remove the maximum amount of spotting or staining during the cleaning process.

Please ensure parking is available for the technician's service van, otherwise any parking fees will be added to the invoice.
